I can land the flying front of both legs, but how much i try, i just cant land on one leg. its just bout 6 months since i started wushu...
Is it that im not strong enough to do it or is my jump too low? Are there any gud exercises
?
Any help will be grandly apprecieted _________________ ... |

It's either because your jump height is too low or your kick is not fast enough. When I refer to the kick speed, this includes not only how fast you kick up but also how fast your bring it back down. Aside from improving your jump height, a good exercise is to work on front slap kicks where you focus on the downward part of the kick so you can return your landing foot back to vertical quickly.
Over time, you'll develop the jump height and/or kick speed you need to land on one leg. Also, keep that left leg tucked. _________________ Maximize your potential with
