There are two of you alternating in the video so I'll comment about them separately.

1st Person:
The key to height is using your body to your advantage. In general terms, you should swing your body parts up to help you jump higher. The most obvious thing in the video is your torso. It moves a bit slow throughout the entire movement. The faster you swing it around and up, the more you can use it to help "lift" you higher. Apply that concept to your arms and legs and you'll even more improvement.

You also really need to think about pushing up from the jumping leg's thigh/hip area. A lot of people think about swinging the body up and kicking the legs up. However, that's not going to help all that much if your hip is still stuck down. Push the hips up and you'll raise the entire body up.

2nd Person:
The same things noted above apply here too. One other major thing to improve is the "dropping of the upper body". Or actually, the lack of that. You'll need to drop your upper body down to waist level or lower before you swing it up, otherwise, it has nowhere to go. The 1st person in your video does it better - but it can still swing down and up more (and faster). It looks like you two train together - ask the other person to watch this aspect of your technique when you practice.

Overall:
For speed, you just have to try harder. For what may seem to be a simple move, it actually takes as lot of effort to move the entire body around in that manner. If you feel like you're relaxing at any point, you're not doing it right. And, when you are more comfortable, that faster you go into the move, the more energy you will have to work with.

These are some of the major parts that can be improved. There are a bunch of other thing which you may consider working on improving once you get the above fixed. It's good that you are recording your practice on video - be sure to review them regularly so you can compare what you think you are doing to what you are actually doing.
