Though I'd point out this video with the kid from Beijing again but this time for the aerial twist (starts at 1:04). In this video, you can really see the mechanics of his aerial twist really well.
Notice how he jumps up like he does in a regular aerial - in fact, you can't really tell that he's going to do an aerial twist just from the takeoff. And he jumps up high like a normal aerial.
Then as he starts twisting, notice how he brings his right shoulder down towards his left hip - sort of like he's rolling his upper body into a ball. That's all there is too it - at least for a single aerial twist.
