1. Why Use E-mail?

The e-mail system was chosen since it allows you to have a copy of your videos and the associated feedback accessible wherever and whenever you can access e-mail. This way, you will not have to worry about the website being down.

2. Why is there a limit to the amount of video footage I can send per month?

The talent at High Performance Wushu are very busy and have limited time. In order to give as many people a chance as possible to get the help they need, we are limiting the total length of video footage each subscriber is able to submit each month.

3. How do I subscribe?

Just pick a subscription package and click on the appropriate "Subscribe" button. You will be transferred to Paypal for payment processing. Once your payment is submitted, you will be directed to a page containing instructions on how to access your subscription service.

4. Will my subscription be rejected?

As mentioned earlier, the talent at High Performance Wushu have limited time. While great effort will be made to accomodate as many people as possible, there may be too many applications at any particular point in time. In the event that all of the positions are taken up, you will be notified via e-mail and your payment will be refunded. You are welcome to re-submit your application at a later date.

5. How do I stop my subscription?

You can access your subscription settings via Paypal and stop the subscription by stopping the recurrent billing. Please review the Paypal website for further information on how to stop the recurrent billing. You will still be able to access your subscription benefits until the subscription period you have paid for ends. Refunds will not be issued for the unused portion of your subscription period.

6. Which formats can I use to send my video clips?

Any video format which can be played by Media Player Classic is acceptable.

7. My minutes ran out and I need more. What can I do?

Please contact Customer Service at support@highperformancewushu.com for options to purchase more minutes or to upgrade your package.
